profiles: add concept of suites
* Import attrs of profiles automatically with `defaultImport`.
* Refactor profiles to ensure all are functions returning a module.
* Add a suites.nix with collections of profiles.
* Add suites as `specialArgs` to modules.
* Add suite import to NixOS host.
